The terms we share.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age of consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use Sadnes. By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the relevant age of majority), you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or HWID limits is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Sadnes offers the following subscription tiers, each granting a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Software:

• 30-Day Licence — Access to all features for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• 90-Day Licence — Access to all features for 90 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Lifetime Licence — Perpetual access to the current major version of Sadnes, including updates within that version.

All licences are per-account and for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing licence keys or account credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

Sadnes is a feature-rich Minecraft client designed for enhanced gameplay and personal customisation. You agree to use it only in contexts where you accept full responsibility for any consequences:

• Using Sadnes on third-party servers may violate those servers' rules. Any resulting bans or penalties from server operators or Mojang are solely your responsibility.
• Sadnes is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of compatibility with any specific server, anti-cheat system, or Minecraft version.
• You may not use Sadnes to harass, grief, or cause harm to other players beyond normal in-game competition.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, or redistributing the Software is prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs or unintended behaviour in Sadnes to gain unauthorised capabilities is prohibited.

We strongly encourage responsible, good-faith use. Sadnes is not liable for bans, account suspensions, or other consequences arising from your use of the Software on servers with conflicting rules.

To enforce per-account licensing, Sadnes binds your licence to a hardware fingerprint (HWID) on first launch. You may run the Software on one machine at a time per account.

HWID resets are available under the following conditions:

• Major hardware change (new PC, motherboard replacement): 1 free reset per licence period.
• Additional resets beyond the free allowance may be requested via support at our discretion.
• Abuse of the reset system (e.g., frequent resets to share access) will result in account termination.

To request a HWID reset, contact support via Discord or email with proof of hardware change. Resets are processed within 24-48 hours on business days.

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST) where required by law. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Refund policy:

• Refunds are available within 72 hours of purchase if the Software has not been launched after checkout.
• No refunds are issued after the Software has been authenticated and used.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing use, please contact support before requesting a refund — we will work to resolve it.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of these Terms. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be terminated and may be reported to the payment processor.

All content, code, branding, and design associated with Sadnes — including but not limited to the Software, website, logo, and documentation — is the exclusive property of Sadnes and its creators, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your licence grants you the right to use the Software; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of Sadnes without explicit written permission.

“Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang/Microsoft. Sadnes is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Attempted circumvention of licensing or HWID controls
• Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks
• Conduct that harms other users or the Sadnes community

Upon termination, your licence is immediately revoked and all access to the Software is disabled. Terminations for cause are not eligible for refunds. You may request account deletion separately for data-privacy purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Sadnes does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Sadnes does not guarantee detection avoidance on any server or anti-cheat system. Use at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sadnes and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Software.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, depending on your location and applicable consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted at sadnes.tech/terms with an updated effective date. If the changes are material, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Sadnes after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
